Armenian Starting XI Versus Albania

A must win match, for both coach Bernard Challandes and the Armenian side keeping any hope of punching a ticket to France for the 2016 edition of the European Cup is set to kick off in just over 8 hours from now. In the mean time, the likely starting XI has been revealed, and the visiting side will go with a 4-1-4-1, as opposed to having five in the back, which the side had during the previous qualifiers.

The biggest surprise is quite easily Gael Adonian, the 20 year old from Olympique Marsialle academy getting the nod in the backfield. The potential talent is definitely there with Adonian, though, the lack of cohesion and chemistry may haunt the side. However, considering some of the recent mistakes made by the backline recently, it'd take quite a bit for a disastrous debut for the youngster.

A huge game from the mid field is needed for any chance to exist. Mkhitaryan always steps up for the national team, despite disappointing performances in the Bundesliga with Borussia Dortmund, and Yura Movsisyan is finally healthy and set to go for Challandes. Add in an in form Pizzelli and GG55, and the opportunities are there. Expect Artur Sarkisov to be the first sub off the bench.
